For years now, just before Christmas I go into overdrive, nearly manic baking to fill bags with sweet holiday treats for friends, co-workers and neighbors. I love to bake but the issue is time… so last year I decided to take a different route – several trips to resale shops, some paint, dazzle, glue and yes sometimes even some feathers – add a nice Texas wine or Holiday Shiner beer and DONE!
